Xolisile Dladla is an aspiring legal practitioner who is a second-year student enrolled at the University of South Africa. She is also compassionate about education and values the importance of serving others. Upon her ambitions as a legal practitioner she has been a member of a litigation society representing
University of South Africa and as a result her advocacy skills and communication skills has proven to be heightened in all aspects of her life.
Xolisile was one of the young African leaders in South Africa who had the opportunity to participate in the YALI regional leadership center Southern Africa program. The YALI network has granted her the opportunity of having personal development certificates in civic leadership, before becoming a Senior Administrator at Phakamani Young Minds Academy she gained experience as a sales consultant through South African Breweries where her strategic prospecting skills and rapport building were advanced. She prides herself on her strong abilities to advocate for human rights and access to education for all.
